It is always much easier to change yourself. If you change from within first (unlike attempting to change others ferociously) positive energy or field which is always present around you can affect others positively and it can also cause surprising changes in other people’s manner and behavior during your interaction with them. When a disturbed person encounters someone with a positive energy field, his behavior tends to change during the brief encounter with that relatively positive person and he may not remain abusive or bullying while interacting with that person. This gross phenomenon is based on effects of human spiritual energy field (vibrations or aura ). Even basic spiriutal law ‘like attracts like ’ confirms this phenomenon .
